Vitamin D3 - Sunshine in a bottle!
Often referred to as the sunlight vitamin, Vitamin D is produced within the body during exposure to the suns UVB rays, and can also be obtained from milk and fish. However, with more and more people avoiding direct exposure to the sun, supplementation is often beneficial.
