Description

Adults and adolescents 13 years and older: Mix 2 teaspoons (8,000mg) with at least 240ml (8 oz) of water, milk, fruit juice, or similar aqueous beverage. Stir briskly and drink immediately. Follow with an additional glass of water. Take once per day after dinner. Effects typically observed 12 to 24 hours after first dose; may take 2 to 3 days of consistent use. Take at least 2 hours before or after other medications. Consult a healthcare practitioner if laxative effect does not occur within 7 days.
