Due to Covid-19, any and all returned packages are put into quarantine for up to 10 days before they are processed. We are also not able to accept open boxes of protein bars or other individually wrapped items in boxes due to Covid-19 measures. At Fit Shop we take your health and wellness very seriously and hope you understand the extra measures we are taking to ensure our facility and its workers are safe.

Sealed products within 10 days of receipt eligible for a refund less cost of shipping plus 10% restocking fee.
Sealed products within 30 days of receipt eligible for refund less cost of shipping plus 15% restocking fee.
Sealed products after 30 days of receipt are not eligible for a refund.
Unused equipment within 15 days for a refund less 15% - Used equipment we do not give refunds.
If you place an order with perishable food items and are unable to pick-up, give incorrect shipping information and/or refuse orders. You will be charged for the cost of said goods and any shipping costs incurred.
Products purchased from our Bargain Bin are NOT eligible for return. Final sale on all items.
