How to take Heat Accelerated + Acid Together
Training Days: Take 1 Serving of Heat (3 Caps) & Acid (2 caps) 15 Minutes before Breakfast, Take Second Serving of Heat (3 Caps) & Acid (2 caps) 15 minutes prior to training.
Non-Training Days: Take 1 Serving of Heat (3 Caps) & Acid (2 caps) 15 Minutes before Breakfast, Take 1 Serving of Heat (3 Caps) & Acid (2 caps) 30 minutes before Lunch.
Note: On Training Days, If you train late at night, follow the non-training days instructions.
