Description
Mix 1 scoop (22g) of PROPHECY™ with 8 to 16 oz of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes before training. To assess tolerance, begin with 1/2 scoop (11 g) mixed in 4 to 8 oz. of water. Read entire product label and warnings prior to using.

Prophecy is a very strong pre-workout matrix, with 400mg of caffeine per scoop (approx. equivalent to 4 cups of coffee). Do not combine with other sources of caffeine or stimulants. Assess tolerance with ½ serving prior to trying full dose. Consult a physician if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or if you are using any prescription or over the counter medication.
