Description
Adults: 1 serving (1 scoop) 2 times per day. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Take before meals. Take 2-4 hours prior to exercise. Wait for 3 to 4 hours between each dose.
