When To Use?
You can add extra protein to your daily calorie intake any time throughout the day. Mix 1-3 scoops upon rising and/or between meals, or last thing at night. 1 scoop added to 4 to 6 ounces of water provides 24 grams of high quality protein.
Suggested Use
